TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read these terms of use before using any website on which they are posted (hereinafter referred to as "site(s)"). If you use one or more of these sites, these terms, as supplemented or amended by "supplemental terms of use" and other site-specific terms that are posted on a specific site or expressly acknowledged in a separate document by the site operator, are legally binding on you.

1.Parties- Although software, hosting, and other services and content may be provided by Operator's service providers (hereinafter "Service Providers"), other businesses affiliated with Operator (hereinafter "Affiliates"), or simply in a business relationship with Operator (hereinafter "Business Partners"), these Sites are commercially operated by General Electric International. Inc. (the "Operator" or the "GEII"). Affiliates and Business Partners are the intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use. The target demographic or intended audience for this website does not include anyone under the age of eighteen (18).

2. Modifications to the Terms- Those who have completed the registration procedure (referred to as "Registered Users") will be notified of any changes to these Terms as they occur. By continuing to use the Sites after such adjustments, you are indicating your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms or any later updated Terms, do not use the Sites or download anything from them.

3. Site Alterations (s). Operator has the right to terminate, remove, modify, change, stop, or discontinue any component of the Sites, including the accessibility of any features or content within its control. Service Providers, Affiliates, and Business Partners have the right to stop, remove, modify, alter, suspend, or cease any features or material that they control. Operators are unrestricted in their right to terminate or restrict your access to all or a portion of any Site without incurring any obligation, as long as Registered Users are given prior notice. They are also unrestricted in their power to put limitations on certain features and services. Operator may also, without incurring any liability, take the following actions if a user seriously violates this Agreement: (a) delete, modify, or otherwise alter the user's access to the Site; the type or location of the Operator's equipment, facilities, or software used in providing access; (b) supplement or change its user access or security procedures with notice to Registered Users; and (c) provided that no such action shall have the effect of amending or otherwise affecting the parties' respective obligations under any contract with Operator or its Affiliates. Prior to termination, all obligations must remain in effect.

4. The Fourth Principle. The types of information that Operator and its Business Partners, Service Providers, and Affiliates collect when you visit the Sites, as well as how they use that information, are both covered by Operator's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. 5. Rights of Ownership. Unless otherwise indicated differently by Operator or one of its Service Providers, Affiliates, or Business Partners, the following terms apply to all activity on the Sites.

A) Confidentiality :The following restrictions on the use of the Sites' content are related to confidentiality: I if any information is labeled "Proprietary" or "Confidential" or words to that effect, you will treat it with confidentiality, use it only in connection with the activities for which you have been granted access to the Sites, and refrain from publishing or otherwise disclosing it to third parties; (ii) if any information contains restrictions on use or disclosure, you will abide by the restrictions; and (iii) you will maintain the integrity of all restrictive language

B) Copyrights in all content: Operator and its Service Providers, Affiliates, and Business Partners reserve all copyrights in all content, including but not limited to design, text, software, technical drawings, configurations, graphics, other files, and their coordination, selection, and arrangement. You are prohibited from altering, copying, distributing, framing, reproducing, republishing, downloading, displaying, posting, transmitting, or selling such content without the owner of the copyright's prior written approval. You are also not allowed to create derivative works based on such content. Such conduct is not permitted if it would disadvantage or compete with the operator, its service providers, affiliates, or business partners. Any copyright or other proprietary notices must be kept in tact.

C) Trademarks- Without the prior written consent of the owner, no trademark, service mark, certification mark, collective mark, or trade dress (collectively "Trademarks") held by the operator, service providers, affiliates, or business partners may be copied, imitated, or used in any way, in whole or in part. All page headers, original graphics, and button icons may be trademarks of the operator, service providers, affiliates, or business partners. Without the owner's explicit written agreement, these products may not be copied, duplicated, or used in any way, whether in whole or in part.

D) Patents - Along with other trade secrets and intellectual property rights, one or more patents may cover or be subject to specific products and techniques used on the websites. All such rights are reserved by the operator, service providers, affiliates, and business partners. You represent that you will not decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise break the law by breaking any of the things you find on the websites.

E) Software- Any software used or accessed through the Sites, including any files, images generated by the software, code, and data that accompany the software (collectively, "Software"), may be used by you solely for accessing and using the Sites for purposes expressly stated on the Sites or in an applicable written document, as long as such uses do not compete with or disparage Operator or its Service Providers, Affiliates, or Business Partners. All intellectual property rights continue to be wholly owned by Operator and its Service Providers, Affiliates, and Business Partners.
